MEDICATED MEALS 🥬.
Air fried chicken schnitty with melted manchego, lettuce tomato and a home made sauce (diced pickles, onions, sambal chilli sauce and kewpie mayo) o a soft white roll with a schooner of Coke Zero and a side of salt and pepper avocado oil chips.

Wasn’t gonna have an out of home treat today, but how am I just gonna walk past @humble_sydney without a little arvo tea? Copped a strong Macchiato and an Alfajor. Incredibly soft, buttery, shortbread bikky burger with an absolute caloric-deficit-destroying dulce de leche centre. Top tier arvo treat if you’re on the run and tryna put into context how good free will is, like… you can just stop and have a treat whenever you want, no one can stop you babe.

I’m on a very boring new diet for a min because I had some tummy problems recently.
No gluten
No lactose
No sugar (where possible, and more so artificial)
But I’m still needa stop for treats!
Mango

Coconut yogurt

@tuga.pastries is a top ten in Sydney type beat.
Copped the raspberry jam filled, powdered donut.
For ‘Ron? Got him a little pastel de nata (x2 so Thippy gets one as well). One dusted with cinnamon, one without.
Paired that with a nice light @ona.sydney bean in the Nonna and Nonna wedding day mug for extra fanfare. by @treatstop4ever

Little Friday arvo, pre-shift treat stop for you all today.
If you wanna indulge your senses and then grab a tasty treat on the way out, you need to head over to the @waterloodesigncentre where all the smells, sounds and sights of the design focused businesses inside will have you hankering for a little, sweet treat. That’s where @la_renaissance_patisserie comes in. Copped this very soft, chewy and gooey choc chip cookie, along with an all time, hall of fame bakery staple, the apple turnover. Popped past @mlk.deli yesterday with uncle dresch for their absolute hood classic Uzbek-style/Algerian sauced chicken sando. But this is treat stop, so I copped their tahini brownie for ‘Ron and it did not disappoint. They only more gooey than this bad boy is the feeling by you get after experience this mobs customer service, which is warmer than ya favourite hugs, favourite hug. taken in Surry Hills by @treatstop4ever
