these were random venting moments i use to post in my CF. It’s so important to have a supportive family and host of friends but surprisingly it was the strangers and my social media family that really showed up. It’s nothing like being able to vent, let everything that’s overwhelming out.

Don’t be scared to open up, vent, cry, hell scream if you have to! Don’t bottle up all those emotions even if you feel like no one understands. by @treazures.chest

this is what i called my comfort bag. on chemo day i was roughly there for like 2/3 hours depending on if my levels were right or not. Inside my bag, i had snacks, a blanket for when i got cold. Notebooks with my letters from my friends to read while i was upset or just feeling defeated. Coloring books to keep me busy even tho i was sleep majority of the appointment time. It’s not 100% NEEDED but it is a big help to bring a couple of things to your infusion dates. by @treazures.chest
