put the PR in SPRING this year! 🐣 at the last minute, i decided to send it two weeks apart and walked away with two 5-minute half marathon personal records. along the way, i stopped doing long runs alone, ran my highest weekly volume, and didn’t miss a single soccer practice with my daughter 💛 by @trebrav0

if almonds can be milk, you can be anything… 𝐬𝐨 𝐢 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐚 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐫!⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ doubted myself stepping onto the starting line, telling myself it was time to sink or swim… SO I SWAM. negative split every two miles, ran my fastest mile 22 miles in, and cramped with half a mile to go to finish the longest run of my life in under 4 hours. ⁣⁣ finished my first 5K last year and this year i ran a 20 minute 5K, 3 half marathons, and one marathon. i’m excited to get back to work and see where the future takes me 🖤 by @trebrav0

came for a fun run, left with a new PR 🥇⁣thank you @kcmarathon! over 13.1 miles, i lost count of how many times i barked, flapped my arms, and high-fived a stranger. my first mile was the slowest and the last mile was my fastest. i never looked at my watch, smiled the whole time, and cried at the finish line. like @amglaze says… smile, or you’re doing it wrong 🤍 by @trebrav0

3 years sober, today. i wouldn’t have anything i have now if i didn’t put the bottle down. it’s been over 3 years since i popped a pill or poured anything in a soda. i don’t have to worry about losing my wallet, or phone, or blacking out. my life is more fulfilling than ever. i married my best friend, we made a mini best friend, and i couldn’t do it without them. i found purpose in my life i never had before ❤️ by @trebrav0

our sweet girl turns 2 YEARS OLD today!two years ago, my life changed forever. i can’t believe it’s already been 2 years. watching you grow up has been the most amazing, enlightening, and rewarding thing i’ve ever experienced. you are so smart, so funny, and my best friend. this world is so lucky to have you. we love you so much, our perfect baby girl 💛 by @trebrav0
