You're looking at a real University of Florida trial site and the difference between a protected tree and an unprotected one is impossible to ignore.

Scott Thompson, Co-Founder of Tree Defender, breaks it all down on location at UF IFAS CREC in Lake Alfred.

Real trees. Real research. Real results. 🌳

Dr. Lauren Diepenbrock at @ufifascitrusrec is putting Tree Defender to the test, alongside many other UF/IFAS researchers who have studied protective covers in the field. And the difference here is hard to miss. The covered trees are still standing strong and growing, while the uncovered trees beside them didn’t make it.

We can tell you Tree Defender works, but seeing the difference in the field says a whole lot more.

Protection backed by years in the field and research that continues today. 🍊

Spiderweb edition 🕷️🕸️

We checked on two key lime trees, one uncovered and one protected with Tree Defender, and let’s just say the uncovered one is looking a little more ready for Halloween. 👻

Spiders can actually be helpful in the garden, but all those webs are a fun reminder of just how much activity can happen on an uncovered tree. Tree Defender helps keep pests like the Asian citrus psyllid out while still letting sunlight, water and airflow through. And underneath the cover? Nice, clean growth. 🌿

Homeowner kits ship this December and pre-orders are open now. Tap the link in our bio to reserve yours.

Your citrus tree could already be infected, and you wouldn’t know. 🍊

The Asian citrus psyllid spreads citrus greening (HLB) before any signs show up, and once a tree has it, there's no cure.

Tree Defender covers keep psyllids out while letting sun, air, and water in. Start them on young trees and they grow up protected.

One backyard tree or a whole grove, same idea: keep the bug off and let your trees thrive.

Ripped out a struggling plant and started over? You’re not alone. 🌱

Scotty, our co-founder, says most garden do-overs come down to three things: the right pot, the right soil, and the right support.

Get those three right, and you’re already off to a better start.
