Being a woman is a powerful gift from God. Becoming the woman He designed us to be is an even greater one. I believe in women who support one another, grow together, lead and serve their peers, and train to become the strongest versions of themselves—for their families, friends, and husbands. It’s a powerful thing to watch like-minded women step outside their comfort zones and try things they’ve never done before. This community of women showed up and showed out—and I’ve never been more proud. Here’s to the moms who came to learn how to protect their families, the widow who wanted to keep herself safe in her own home, and to all the single women who wanted to feel more secure in her daily environments. I’m forever grateful you took a chance and completed your first full day of training camp. We’re just getting started, ladies! A huge thank you — in no particular order — to everyone who made BecomingHER: UNBREAKABLE possible.. @glockstore for sponsoring us, believing in my vision, and opening your doors to let us use your facility. @thebedfordnashville for supporting the dream and blessing us with your beautiful space. To all my trainers, who jumped on board early and walked alongside me in building the training day curriculum — I’ll never forget your dedication and heart. @m_ortiz_28 @chris.l.weichman @carlie_margheri @sparta_warrior_society @silvaslam10 @thomas_prusso_photography To all my girlfriends who posted, texted, and helped me spread the word on social media — I truly could not have done this without your love, encouragement, and support over this past year. You girls are my heart. @christen_whitney @allie_eklund @lacycavalier @thebarbieporter @hmbyaity @shelbyneubauer And finally, to @greta__healy for inviting me to my first Bible study in over three years — the spark that reignited this flame — and to @lakeviewluke who partnered with me from day one, before this dream was ever a reality. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much everyone. by @treeenie
