Sitting atop a natural rock outcropping, real stone and wood cladding tie this home back to the site, while the front arrival court works double duty - accommodating vehicles when needed, but designed as usable outdoor space where life can spill out when they’re not. Professional photos to come!

Talent III, a part of the 'Three Talents’ series explores a familiar residential form through repetition, subtraction, and material restraint. A sequence of low gabled volumes is wrapped in weathering steel, then opened at carefully placed moments to light, landscape, and outdoor living.

Architecture that intends to feel less 'placed on the land' and more settled within it.

The CMU volume @nwtrends carries through the project as both mass and memory - linking the exterior envelope to the interior office and showroom... allowing the language of fabrication to remain visible within the customer experience.

Just steps from downtown Spokane, but feeling worlds removed.

This four-building project is shaped by the steep, historic landscape of Peaceful Valley - cascading gently down the hillside with sloped roofs and terraced forms that feel less placed than discovered.

Like boulders settled into the landscape.
