For active kids, carbs are an important source of energy, and hydration matters too. The goal is to give them fuel they can actually use while keeping the snack simple and easy to digest ⚽️💧

Save this for your child’s next practice day! 🫶🏾

I was so proud of my son for finishing something he didn’t want to do at first, and he was proud of himself too 💗 I’m teaching him early that sometimes we have to do things we don’t feel like doing because they’re good for us. Stick to the plan, not your mood 💪🏽 @trelle.soathletic
