Developing linemen is more than a job for me, it’s my passion. I thrive on the process of identifying challenges, creating tailored solutions, and working together to execute at the highest level.

If you’re a defensive lineman looking for a hands-on, high-impact program focused on growth and results, you’ve found the best place to train in California. Let’s build greatness together, DM me for details! #TrenchApproved by @trenchapproved

Worked with @thraxrell1 on activating that scoot/push foot when having to press through contact and move lateral. That's good to have for scoop blocks, when trying to flatten out OL climbing to LB. It's also good for a block coming to you and you wanting to crush gap next to you.

Next thing to focus on is getting comfortable with the timing and spacing of the step before shedding to add more torque, speed and control when getting off blocks! by @trenchapproved
