VINTAGE RUNWAY SERIES: Volume 1- Dolce & Gabbana Fall/ Winter 1995🖤

After noticing my obsession with vintage runway from the 90s, 2000s, and even 2010s is not an original experience, I decided to create something out of my many Pinterest boards.

Volume 1 of the Vintage Runway Series is Dolce and Gabanna Fall/ Winter 1995. This collection caught my eye through its blend of the “Mob Wife Aesthetic”,(which is quickly morphing into Frank Sinatra Winter) and classic 90s minimalism.

In 1995, The New York Times described the collection as, “A careful compilation of greatest hits and new ideas… The bad girl was built into every sorority-girl style: a cigarette at the lips, shiny tall boots, or studded stilettos, like the wardrobe for a rock group called Vixens for Nixon.” by @trendscension
