Top 10 at USAs only 3 years into bodybuilding is nothing to be upset about. Proud of the physique I put on stage, proud of this prep and the lessons learned. Would’ve meant so much less if I couldn’t share that with the best support from family, friends and strangers who showed up for me in person or online. My wife especially who I’m beyond grateful for since she’s the only one who is really behind the scenes with me everyday watching the highs and lows of a prep. My coach @zanyar.g with a 4 week notice to get me where I needed to be condition wise is someone who I’ll forever be grateful to and has taught me so much about the sport in that short time.

Now back to real life, making up for lost time and effort with people, And getting fucking huge for the next one. It’s not a matter of “if” only “when”🏆 by @treversaurus

Believe in the version of you that hasn’t arrived yet.

Then train like they’re already waiting for you on the other side.
