What a great weekend at @Guitar Summit in Mannheim! 🎸

We had an amazing show with lots of visitors at the T-Rex booth — and it was great catching up with retailers, distributors, and both old and new friends.

Among those stopping by were Pedal Jesus aka. @@toretilla , YouTuber Kfir Ochaion — who seems to have fallen in love with the Binson Stereophonic - and Plektrum from Kolding, who helped us connect with our very first international distributor a loooong time ago.
Thanks to everyone who came by, talked pedals, tried the gear and hung out with us. See you next time! 🦖

Plus a look at the new T-Rex Stereophonica.
And this year is extra special: T-Rex is celebrating 30 years! 🤘

Live from Guitar Summit in Mannheim day 1

I have known Lars Dahl of @trexeffects Effects for more than 35 years. We both come from Vejle in Denmark, where T-Rex is based, and we have followed the work of Lars and Sebastian Jensen for many years.

Our bands played lots of gigs together back in the day. Anyways…

At Guitar Summit Mannheim, the new Binson Stereophonica is, without doubt, the coolest and most interesting analogue delay I have seen at the show so far.

T-Rex acquired the rights to the Binson name and spent years developing its recreation of the original magnetic drum-delay principle. The Stereophonica takes that work into stereo, built around a real magnetic drum with four stereo playback heads and two recording heads.

Designed and handmade in Vejle, Denmark.

Las Nissen (The Savage Rose) jamming with the T-Rex RoomMate D’Luxe Reverb and exploring its Shimmer Reverb. 🎸

The Shimmer Reverb opens up new creative soundscapes, while the real tube inside the pedal adds warmth, life and character to every note.

Absolutely loving the warm tube distortion of the @trexeffects Twin Blaze, here paired with my @tworockamplification Studio signature, @music_man Sabre with @dimarzioinc pickups (and a fan on high because holy moly it was hot when filming. 🥵🥵🥵)

This is an excerpt of the solo from @danielegottardo’s “Spirals,” which is much trickier than it seems, but so much fun and so musically rewarding to learn.

@trace.foster.7 knows great guitar tone.
As the guitar tech for Angus Young @acdc and @joeperryofficial @aerosmith —and guitarist with @closeenemiesofficial —he's tried countless reverbs over the years.
His verdict on the @trexeffects RoomMate D'Luxe Reverb?
Straight out of the box. No tweaking. No dialling in.
"That's the sound I'm going to use."
Watch the reel to hear why the RoomMate D'Luxe earned a place on Trace's pedalboard.
🎸 Have you tried the RoomMate D'Luxe yet?
