“Follow me” - Jesus

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I have the incredible privilege of serving as the Chaplain for the FPC Football Team, and over the last several weeks, I’ve had the opportunity to share with these young men the greatest story ever told, the story of Jesus.

Today, at the conclusion of my message, I shared the Gospel and extended an invitation to receive the free gift of salvation found in Jesus Christ. I challenged anyone who wanted to place their faith in Jesus to boldly stand to their feet in front of their coaches, peers, and teammates.

And these young men stood.

Jesus is still saving lives, changing hearts, and raising up a generation that is unashamed to follow after Him!

Thank you Jesus! 🤟🏼🙌🏼 by @trey__warren

These past two weeks with the middle school and high school students of @parkviewyth have been nothing short of miraculous.

There are few things more beautiful than watching students arrive carrying fear, doubt, shame, or questions… and then leave captivated by the person of Jesus. We watched hearts soften, lives surrender, friendships deepen, and faith come alive in ways only God can accomplish.

One of my favorite parts wasn’t just what God did in individual students, it was watching generational discipleship unfold right before our eyes. During middle school week, our high school students stepped up to lead and serve. Then, during high school week, our young adults poured into the next generation. This is the Church at its best, one generation investing in the next so that the gospel continues to move forward.

And above all… 51 students said YES to Jesus as Lord and Savior. 51 lives forever changed. 51 stories rewritten by the grace of God. All glory belongs to Him.

To every student who came, every parent who trusted us, every volunteer who gave up vacation time, every leader who prayed, served, stayed up late, woke up early, and pointed students to Christ, thank you. You were part of something eternal.

Camp may be over, but what God started doesn’t end here. Let’s keep pursuing Jesus with the same passion we experienced these past two weeks.

Until next year…

Keep having wild faith @parkviewyth 🤟🏼

7 years as your wife. What a gift to be yours!! And what a beautiful life we get to live.

Year 7 held a whole lot of really sweet moments in marriage, a not-so-fun torn ACL (a saga we don’t want like to think about 🤪), and experiencing God move in our own lives and watching him do the same in so many others. And it was also our first full year with three boys that we absolutely adore!

I’m so thankful that 7 years ago, on the hottest day in the history of ever, we made vows till forever. We had no idea what was ahead and good gravy, we surely had no clue we would experience Ephesians 3:20 in countless ways. But here we are. Amazed at the ways God has moved mountains we could have never moved and parted seas we could have never parted. He has been so good to us.

You’re my favorite, Trey Warren! I’ll cheer you on for the rest of my days! And I love you more! ❤️‍🔥 by @trey__warren

Happy Resurrection Sunday from the Warren!

REPENT

For the lost, a SAVING word.

For the saved, a RESET word.

For all, a word that leads to REVIVAL.

Jesus, see your church REPENTING.

We are asking you to do something in us before you do something through us.

“From that time Jesus began to preach, saying, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.””

Thank you JESUS 🙌🏼

God shows up where he is wanted and this generation wants him. Our young adult ministry is experiencing revival. They gather in small groups all over our city throughout the week/month in homes and coffee shops and then once a month we all gather for worship and to hear from His word. All of these gatherings have been significant, but there’s a new stirring and outpouring that we are experiencing. For the first time last night, we had to use the back parking lot at our church because the front parking lot was completely full of cars. If you’re 18 to 26 years old, I encourage you to lean in and come experience what God is doing here. @parkview.ya by @trey__warren

One Day was a Holy Day.

I have been trying to put together the words to describe this day and they keep alluding me. All I can continue to say is THANK YOU JESUS. We saw salvations, rededication’s, equipping, encounters, deliverance, A MOVE OF GOD IN GEN Z.

THANK YOU JESUS.

To all the leaders and volunteers who led the way, THANK YOU!

“May you not forget the cross, so that you can be a generation following after Christ.”

Had the best time with the best leaders!

These last few days at YPS Conference were just what our YTH team needed! A time to be poured into, to worship, to laugh hard, and to let our souls be refreshed.

Grateful for this team, their heart for God, and their heart for the next generation to be a generation following after Christ 🤟🏼 by @trey__warren
