- A gargantuan milestone. A Standalone Front Cover & 5-Page Feature

I am honoured to announce that one of my latest images from a scene that I set up and directed at the Classic Car Boot Sale is commanding the STANDALONE FRONT COVER, with more of my images continuing on the editor’s welcome page, the contents page, and a 5-page master feature in the current issue of Amateur Photographer magazine—the world’s oldest and most prestigious weekly print photography institution.

When a team of highly talented specialists send you a message confirming they admire your work, it becomes a rub your eye moment, surreal even. It is a powerful reminder that when you stay true to your craft, the right people will find you. But when they extend that message to say they want to run a full feature on you, with your work being the face of their latest issue, it becomes one of the biggest honours you could only dream of having.

To see these characters, style layers, and subcultures transition from a passing moment onto the permanent authority of national newsstand print is an absolute revelation.

Thank you to Nigel Atherton, Peter Dench, and the entire editorial team for backing my vision on the highest possible commercial stage.

Available at major high street newsagents, supermarkets, and WHSmith across the country today. Go grab a copy!

- Well, I thought the curtain was closing on this series, but there may be one more back by popular demand, spectacular and extremely special.

Sifting through these layers of street style and character has been pure joy. In the meantime, please enjoy these frames if they resonate with you!

- The Penultimate set of the wonderful Classic Car Boot Sale!

Sifting deeper into the archive to pull out a few remaining layers of style, and character before I round them up for this year. Or at least I think so. by @trey_creative

- Moving into set four of my documentation from the Classic Car Boot Sale.

Spacing out a few more powerful characters who generously shared a piece of their time with me. There is an absolute wealth of individual style packed into this event, and it’s pure joy navigating it all through the tapestry of the lens.

- Set 1. What another fantastic, smile-widening weekend at The Classic Car Boot Sale! The event treated us to incredible style, music, vibrant scenes, and a plethora of laughter and photos.

Here are a few of the scenes I set up throughout the fabulous weekend. Also, if anyone happens to know the kind fella wearing the New York t-shirt, in (Pic no.5) please let me know! I’d like to thank him once again for leaving his stall with his friend for ten minutes so I could set up this shot with the yellow taxi.

It was an incredibly gentlemanly gesture. You know how it is, the moment I spotted his New York t-shirt with a classic US yellow taxi in the distance, I knew I had to bring them together for the frame.

- Hi Folks! Following up on last week’s win, I’m incredibly proud to finally share the image that took 2nd Place in @ap_magazine’s global competition Celebrating Colour. 🥈✨

I’ve been told that sweeping both the 1st and 2nd top spots in the same category of a major national competition is an extraordinarily rare achievement, and seeing both pieces of my street work dominate the print issue is completely overwhelming.

This shot is another deeply personal chapter in my visual diary, and I can’t thank the judges and the editorial team enough for giving my vision such an incredible platform. Thank you all for the amazing support! 🙏❤️📸

- I remember walking into WHSmith at Liverpool Street station some time ago, maybe two or three years back.

A conversation developed between a woman and myself simply because I had my camera around my neck.

Cameras truly are beautiful talking points. She mentioned she had a steady interest in photography, and we eventually shared Instagram details, conversing more about the craft.

As she looked through my gallery, she briefly pointed at a copy of Amateur Photographer magazine and said, “I can imagine you in there one day.”I just smiled and said to myself, “Why do people say these things?”

I wasn’t really looking for an answer at the time.I guess I know why now. Thank you, Amateur Photographer magazine, the judges, and the sponsors.
