So blessed to have the ability to get up and out. At sunrise! Kettlebell and sand bag work!

Bikes in the shop. Been this workout, (at home) twice a week in between riding to work.

It was a beautiful day. Spent sometime in the word, and prayer, then got to it!

She must have loved this coat. happy Heavenly birthday Momma. These images were way before me.

It’s been so long, and I still remember the love, lessons, conversations and yes the discipline 🥴😂. Liam has no idea!!!! 😂

Not having her has deeply impacted the way I parent. (Pops as well).

I’m grown, she passed like 40 years ago and still tear up from time to time.

All that to say, no day is promised. Put the time in. Be present, keep conversing, loving, teaching, and yes, disciplining.

Your kids will remember, cherish and cling to those memories after you are gone. by @treycopelin

How the Grinch stole my boys heart?!! 💗
Ever since we went to the @vcmidc play, the boy won't stop talking about the Grinch! 😂

They have a show this weekend!!! Go to the site! Get your tickets! Liam enjoyed it so much, he still sat for the whole show!!! We all did!! Joseph Marshall and @victorytheatreco did such a great job!

Things Liam has been recapping all week: At bedtime! For 40 Minutes! 🫩

1. Daddy, he stole all the toys... Yes son.
2. Mommy, Where is my grinch hat? Not Santa hat!
