"The man sitting behind a desk at the weed dispensary was too much hippie stuffed into a professional jacket. And there was also pride in a once illegal activity now expert, licensed, and professional. He was like an 18-year-old wearing his father’s suit and proud of it." by @treymcintyreprojects

10 years since the final bow on tour in Dallas…. (Except for my post Anja Baby guest Joyce NYC Tour🙏🥹) Company life with ASFB was one of the greatest gifts I’ve ever experienced, traveling the world doing what we loved and being part of a creative incubator in beautiful Aspen and Santa Fe. (Our creations are still being staged today… ABT @abtofficial next with Petal by @helenpickettchoreographer) All of this with some of the most special people in the world. It was hard to hang up those shoes, but not easy to wear them either!

I will never stop being overwhelmed with gratitude for that time in my life, and forever reminded that the right path does unfold if you let it. 🩰🥂💋 by @treymcintyreprojects

Heartbreak is an inevitable part of dreaming. We create, lifting ourselves out of the muck. We aspire and embody what is higher than this, and we can feel it deeply, as if it’s really happening. There is a blissful period where a fantasy manifests into your bones. It becomes real. And then eventually, we remember.

Just posted an essay. I don't feel like I have my act together in the way that I'd like but I wrote anyway. Hope you get something from it.

"I don’t want everything; I want to do everything. This affliction has plagued me for most of my adult life. I’d like to remember when it started. I’m sure I used to muse and play with projects for a long time, diving deeply into a single obsession for months until it was complete. What a blissful time when I had achieved very little and I felt like time was endless to make all of those dreamt possibilities a reality." by @treymcintyreprojects
