It’s been a long time and my body is rusty but for someone with such an active mind, physical movement is very important. The energy needs to be moved through the body, otherwise I will be inviting dis-ease in my temple 🦎

Gyms and heavy exercises are not for me (and most women) due to my health, body availability and honestly, disposition. My body thrives in slow rhythms and intentional movement.

The objective - at this point - is also to regain arm and core strength so I can heal my spine and learn to breathe properly.

The breath follows the mind.
The mind follows the breath.
