✨ JUST CLOSED ✨

Congratulations are in order to my first-time homebuyers, and my cousins on officially closing on their new home! 🏡

Helping veterans and service members achieve homeownership is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do. With my expertise in VA loans, I ensure my clients understand every step of the process — from eligibility and requirements to making the closing table as smooth as possible.

Our nation’s heroes deserve the very best when it comes to securing a home, and it’s an honor to guide them through a program designed specifically to support their service and sacrifice.

If you’re a veteran or active-duty service member ready to purchase a home, let’s connect — I’ll put my knowledge and experience with VA loans to work for you.

POV: YOU JUST KISSED YOUR LANDLORD GOODBYE 👋🏽

Full circle moments like this hit different.

A few years ago she reached out to me just looking for a rental. We found the perfect spot, got her settled, and life kept moving. But somewhere along the way the conversation shifted from “renting” to “owning.”

Fast forward to today… SHE CLOSED.

And the best part?

We secured over $13,000 in closing cost assistance so she could keep more of her money in her pocket and step into homeownership with confidence.

This is why I love what I do. Sometimes the relationship starts with something small… a rental showing, a quick conversation, a simple question.

And years later you’re standing at the closing table watching someone unlock the door to a home that’s finally theirs.

I’m incredibly proud of you. You stayed patient, trusted the process, and today it paid off.

Renting was just a chapter.
Homeownership is the plot twist.

If you think buying a home is out of reach… you might just need the right game plan.

Help me with congratulating my buyer and new homeowner! She got the keys 🔑

Waiting for rates to drop? So is EVERYONE else.

When rates drop, buyers come back. And that could mean:

• More competition
• Higher home prices
• Multiple offers

You can potentially refinance your rate later, but you can’t go back and buy at yesterday’s price!
Don’t just wait for the perfect rate. Make a move that makes sense for YOU!

Book a consultation with me today and contact me. I promise owning a home is less treacherous than it may seem.

LETS PLAY A GAME..
Imagine it’s 2025 or even early 2026 before the war began and you thought 6.01% interest rates were high and decided to wait for them to drop on the 5’s.

You fast forward and look at 7.56% a year later… look how much buying power is lost by the cost of “waiting” or hoping for rates to drop.

The reality is, these rates could possibly stay this way for quite some time OR even get higher through the end of 2027.

Forget the “date the rate, marry the house” cliche. It’s more about what you can afford NOW and being content with that current reality.

It’s always been about numbers. You’d be surprised at what you actually can afford.

40 YEARS OF EXCELLENCE. A LEGACY OF LEADERSHIP ✨

Last night was a reminder that real estate is about so much more than buying and selling homes. It’s about relationships, reputation, leadership, and the legacy you build along the way.

It’s an honor and a blessing to be part of a brokerage under Mike’s leadership. To be surrounded by excellence, learn from those who have paved the way, and be part of an organization with such a strong legacy is something I never take for granted.

The goal isn’t just to be successful. It’s to be part of something bigger than yourself, learn from the best, and build a legacy of your own.

Congratulations, Mike, on 40 incredible years! Here’s to the legacy you’ve built and the many more lives you’ll impact along the way. 🏡👏🏽

🏡 UNDER CONTRACT! 🔑🎉

Big congratulations to my first-time home buyer on getting their offer accepted! 🙌🏽

From searching for the right home to finally finding THE ONE, this is a huge milestone—and I’m honored to be part of the journey.

While I was away I was still able to negotiate sellers assist on her behalf, along with receiving a grant. The keys are getting closer! 🔑🏠

Congratulations! You’re officially on your way to HOMEOWNERSHIP! 🎉

FOOTBALL MAGNETS HAVE GONE OUT! 🏈🗓️

Sorry for the late deliveries this year, there was a big mix up with production!

I’m back from Chicago, and what an awful game that was for us! Our team didn’t look great last night but we are still 2-1 atop of the NFC.

If you haven’t received it in the mail by now please contact me.

It’s still.. go birds 🦅‼️

Philadelphia half marathon cycle completed.
4x finisher 🏆

Love Run Half ✔️
Rocky Run Half ✔️
Rothman Orthopedic Half ✔️

And now… the PDR Half ✔️

Personal for me this was the hardest medal ever earned!! Running in the rain, weighted down wet shoes… humidity through the roof. It got to a point at mile 9 where I was just fixated on not cramping up.

Everyone doesn’t get to finish and I never take it for granted. Although this was not my fastest finish, I can honestly say I never cheated a race, EVER.

Congrats to all the finishers 🏁💪🏾 by @tri_statej
