Nobody cries because of 70.3 miles.
You cry because of everything that came before them.

Didn’t feel like training.
Didn’t feel like racing.
Showed up anyway.

Funny how that works.

The days you want to quit are usually the ones building the athlete you’re trying to become.

And yes… the legs were VERY aware of the win.

Who’s currently in their “show up anyway” era?

Athlete logic:

❌ Rest
❌ Listen to your body
✅ Pretend nothing happened and go for a run

Head to toe @depofit x @on

Some dreams are better kept quiet.
Not everyone needs to know what you’re building.

Let them doubt. Let them talk.
You just keep showing up.

One day, the results will speak for you.

Turns out pain introduces you to a version of yourself that comfort never could.

The goal was never to be the fastest. The goal was to earn a seat in the room.
