✨️Running recap of 2025✨️
This year I fell in love with one of the most unexpected things, si me hubiesen dicho hace 1 año que el mejor plan de mis domingos sería despertar a las 5 am para ir a correr un 10 km, diría que no estamos hablando de mí, sin embargo, 2025 me dio algo más que un deporte, me enseñó a disfrutar el proceso, algo que amo del running es su diversidad, puedes tener a un niño de 7 años haciendo un 10 km o a un señor que podría ser tu abuelo corriendo 42 km, recuerdo mi primera carrera alguien especial me dijo "el pace no importa, solo disfrútelo", lo irónico es que al pasar la barrera de los 5 km tu cerebro se va y solo eres tú y tu cuerpo, ahí la magia.
Running helped me get rid of my coffee, anxiety and a lot of stuff, me enseñó que es divertido hacerlo sola, que lo mejor del día pueden ser esos km's en la caminadora y que siempre aparece un desconocidx en la meta con quien llegar, tomarse las manos y darse fuerza en esos últimos 300 metros aunque no sepan ni sus nombres, ✨️2026 half-marathon coming soon.✨️
