Okay, this one is really exciting for me 🤭 Sculpt was the very first style I started regularly teaching, it’s been one of my favorite classes to teach for years, I’ve taught and grown it at every studio I’ve been a part of and it has become such a huge signature class at Tribe.💪🏼🧘🏼‍♀️🎶 I’ve had so much fun over the years developing the way I teach Sculpt. The movement, the sequencing, the music, the themes(!), the energy, the creativity. All of it. And now, for the first time, I get to share the method behind the movement.🙌🏼 Tribe Signature Sculpt Teacher Training is officially open for applications!! 🥳 In this 15 hour immersive weekend, we will dive into blending strength, functional movement and yoga, creating progressive sequences that flow, using music to enhance the experience and bringing creativity, authenticity and your own voice to the way you teach. THE DETAILS: December 4–6 at Tribe Yoga Studio in Maitland -Friday 12/4 from 5-8pm -Saturday 12/5 from 12-6pm -Sunday 12/6 from 12-6pm 15 hours Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Early Bird Rate $375 through October 31 (or until spaces fill) Regular Rate: $425 If you are a yoga teacher, fitness professional or movement professional who loves Sculpt, wants to start teaching it, or simply would like to learn more about the method behind a class that I absolutely love to teach, I’d be thrilled to have you join me for this training weekend ❤️ Applications are open NOW.
