Last night was one of the Bronx Zoo’s two member summer evenings.
After the zoo closes they open it up to the members.
Last night was quiet because of the possibility of rain. It did sprinkle but felt refreshing. I was an absolute animal fanatic as a kid and still fascinated by them and their beauty. #bronxzoo by @trickroper_ajsilver

Perfect weather for a trail ride🤩 @valeriehashomes and I grew up riding horses on these trails in Pelham Bay Park in the Bronx. Yes, The Bronx 🤠and this land will always hold a special place in our hearts.
The trails are in great shape and so much wildlife.

Our Cirkus friend Angelo Iodice (@trickroper_ajsilver) recently shared this throwback picture from backstage at The Zipper, 2010 🎪✨ “Damn I miss that place!”

This snapshot captures a beautiful moment in Bindlestiff history - artists gathered in the wings, costumes half-on, props nearby, and that unmistakable backstage energy buzzing before the magic hit the stage.

The Zipper Theatre was home to so many unforgettable downtown performances, late-night experiments, friendships, and wild acts of creative chaos. Photos like this remind us how deeply spaces and communities shape the spirit of live performance.

I always enjoy seeing photos of everyone’s mom and reading their Mother’s Day tributes💐
There really is nothing like a Mother’s love.
I was blessed with an amazing mother who was always there for me throughout my life and encouraged me to follow my dreams.
Even in her present condition she’s still so thoughtful and loving.
Whenever I take her out for lunch she tells me “ I’m paying for lunch today” .
My mom doesn’t carry money or a credit card anymore and I’ve handled her finances for years but I don’t point that out, I just thank her and she always responds
“ Of course that’s what mothers do” and it melts my heart.
Everyday I’m thankful that she still knows who I am.
Being her caretaker has given me insight into how hard it is to be a parent and I can’t imagine how my mom did it all, the cooking, house cleaning, laundry, after school activities , getting us to Dr. appointments etc.
And all the worrying for our safety.
A mother’s work never ends.
Mothers truly are super heros and you deserve this day of recognition
Happy Mother’s day to all you amazing moms.
