When humility is missing, entitlement takes its place.

Without humility, we begin to believe we deserve more—more recognition, more patience, more exceptions. Gratitude fades, and expectation grows. We stop seeing the help, timing, and effort that contributed to our success and start assuming outcomes should favor us.

Entitlement changes how we treat others. We listen less, resist accountability, and take offense when things don’t go our way.
