We arrived at the Eiffel Tower, there was a deeply felt magic in the air. It didn’t feel like most tourist attractions.

A guy had just started playing some music and I turned to Tani and said “I want to play”.

She asked what cover I would sing and I responded with What’s Up by 4 Non Blondes.

In less than a minute this perfect stranger @sidnaart asked over the microphone if anyone wanted to sing.

These are the moments the universe is calling us forward and we have to be bold enough to say yes to life.

As I audaciously grabbed the mic, he asked if I could sing What’s Up by 4 Non Blondes. This kind of mystical musical intuition happens to me so frequently, where songs get whispered to me from the ether.

He then invited me to take to the guitar and play a couple more songs.

Landing in Paris for the first time and getting to share my medicine in such an iconic location in front of so many people was such an OF COURSE moment.

I have so many epic photos in my camera roll that Tani has taken for me over several mini shoots.

For real though. Her identity work is also next level.

Back when we were just friends, we had dinner and afterwards I said to the universe “I need to hire that woman, she can make all my dreams come true, I know it”.

After one dinner, I could feel the way she had tuned into my energy and everything I needed to do. (Spoiler alert I didn’t need to hire her, cause she fell in love with me.) I would however hire her in a heart beat.

I am more myself, more bold, happier and healthier than I’ve ever been and it’s so much to do with her seeing my highest timeline and inspiring me to live it. ❤️‍🔥

When I open my channel, sometimes all the ingredients are right for it to be an immediate deep dive. A song that just comes through seamlessly activating all the people who are listening.

There are different levels as we open and sing from somewhere beyond our minds.

This is the first minute of a seven minute channel I did yesterday. It was in the resort in Bali, staff walking past me, literally set up next to the walkway.

This is what the first step can look like. What I like to call the Mind Layer. Dropping in. Accepting that my mind is trying to hold on and singing through the muck before the gold comes out. The gold always comes eventually. Just gotta let it. Sometimes it take 7 minutes of continuous singing before you access the real flow state.

I have no instruments on me, so I used Ableton and my qwerty keyboard to make a bed of sound.

The other day I opened my channel in the studio. Made 34 mins of flow state music and inside of that a piano ballad was born.

It’s date night.. but we are intentionally choosing a cozy night in (this video is from a recent wedding) to up level our relationship.

There are so many things about our relationship that we have intentionally cultivated - especially our roles and romantic dynamic. Being two women, at times we need to pay attention to polarity, as sameness can creep in. Which means there can be a lot of love and support but for me the ahem… ‘spark’ is très important. ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

So tonight is about intentionally calibrating to the new identity of our relationship that we choose freely. The co-identity of our partnership needs to support our individual identities.

It’s not about there being anything wrong. It is choosing powerfully what part of ourselves in our relationship are not serving us and what we truly desire the next level of ‘us’ to feel like.
