Late nights, early mornings, lots of traffic, and far too many espresso shots, but we made it! 🎓❤️💛

I’m incredibly grateful for the unwavering support from my family and friends who encouraged me every step of the way, for the professors who challenged me to grow and pushed my standard of excellence, and for the veteran community that gave me a home away from home throughout this journey.

This is an accomplishment I truly never thought I was going to achieve, but all things are possible with God. It took a miracle to get into USC, and pure obedience to make it out. If you take anything away from this post and this achievement, let my life be a testament to the fact the Jesus is and always will be THE BEST option. 🫶🏼 by @trillafranco

This is just your friendly reminder that if you are a woman in your 20’s or 30’s you need to get in the gym and touch a barbell! Like now!!!!!

With pilates and yoga becoming more popular, I need you to understand that bone density and muscle mass are maintained with strength training as you age.

Other methods of exercise are great for your mental health and overall well being, but please don’t completely omit resistance training because it could save your life one day!! 🏋🏻‍♀️💗 by @trillafranco

This time last year I was tested for thyroid cancer and a month later I was officially diagnosed. Regardless of how well I was taking care of myself physically, my spirit was weak.

Instead of letting it consume me, I used my diagnosis as an opportunity to surrender myself to God and say, “here I am, send me”.

I was told my surgery was going to be at the end of the summer, and with full confidence that I was going to be healed, I pushed back on the symptoms I was experiencing and signed up for a race and finished well.

Nobody at this point knew I had cancer besides my parents and close friends. So trusting God’s faithfulness, I signed up for another race and finished well.

I exceeded my expectations for both races not because I was prepared enough or felt my best, but because God promised to carry me through them if I be obedient and trust his timing.

At the end of the summer I underwent surgery and got back in the gym a week later. 2025 was the year that I got in the best shape of my life, because it was the year I gave it all to God.

So incredibly thankful to have been but through the fire last year, and I can’t wait to see how much more growth is made this year. Thank you JESUS 🙏🏼 by @trillafranco
