Leaning into simplicity,
I notice how every corner of life arrives tangled, intricate, unwilling to be smoothed.

Perhaps complexity isn’t a problem to solve, but a condition we’re born into.

Still, language offers a quiet grace
a way to hold our experiences without enclosing them,
to shape meaning without sharpening its edges.

How do we keep our perception wide
while still letting our feet find the earth?

Where is the ground we’re asked to return to,
the one that doesn’t vanish when we look closely?

Yesterday’s Contemporary Workshop with Trinity England was filled with curiosity, experimentation, collaboration, and movement discovery. 🌟

Dancers spent the day stepping into the unknown, challenging habits, taking creative risks, and finding new ways to connect with themselves and each other through movement.

Thank you, Trinity, for creating a space where process was celebrated, questions were encouraged, and individuality could shine. 🩵

These are just a few moments from a day of movement, imagination, and artistic growth. ✨➡️ by @trinity.m.england
