We design by @trinity_peshier

When ShoeMyFeet Foundation visited Benin City, we did more than put smiles on children’s faces. We created an opportunity for them to express themselves, discover their passions, and connect with the possibilities of life.

Among those children, there may be future artists, painters, and creatives whose talents are waiting to be discovered. Some might be afraid to express themselves, while others may never have had the opportunity to explore their creativity.

But through face painting, art became a language. It gave children the freedom to express what lives within them and experience the joy of creating something meaningful.

Painting their faces was more than just an activity. It was a doorway to imagination, confidence, and possibility.

Seeing the happiness on their faces motivated me deeply. It reminded me that art can reach places words sometimes cannot.

At ShoeMyFeet Foundation, we believe that every child deserves an opportunity to discover their potential. Beyond education and encouragement, we are opening doors to skills, creativity, and careers that can shape their future.

Because sometimes, unlocking a child's future begins with something as simple as a brush, a little colour, and someone who believes in them.
