NYFW x Actively Black x Mielle

Grateful. Inspired. Proud. Black.

Endless thanks to @activelyblack for curating such a POWERFUL moment—this show radiated Black brilliance in every detail.

Special thanks and congratulations to Lanny (@l.smith23) & Bianca (@missbiancanatalia). What they brought to that NYFW stage was more than a show—it was an energy. A vibration that honored our ancestors and reminded us that everything we need to rise is already within us. This wasn’t just fashion, it was legacy in motion!!!

And most of all, thank you to my incredible team—Omar, Kee, Richie, and DeJuan—for making this experience unforgettable. Mielle today, Mielle forever!

To my younger self, baby girl, we did it! At a very young age, you knew exactly who you were—God’s favorite. You faced challenges with courage and resilience, never wavering in faith. Every step you took, every dream you chased, was a testament to the strength that was woven into your spirit. You have always been a light that nobody could dim, shining brightly and inspiring those around you.

You believed in your potential, reminding yourself that you were destined for greatness. All those late nights studying, the sacrifices, and the moments of doubt only fueled your determination.

We just getting started. The best is yet to come!

ALL OF MY LOVE will forever go to the REAL Beta Alpha Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. To be a Delta woman, it takes more than you know. Thank you for molding me into the strong woman I am today, instilling in me values that I will carry for a lifetime.

T-65, I will go to war for y’all. Each and every one of you holds a special place in my heart. I am forever grateful for the memories we’ve created and the challenges we’ve overcome side by side. It’s us against the world

To my BAbies, continue the legacy with pride and passion. You are the future of our sisterhood, and I love you all more than you know. I got y’all forever!

To my ISM’s, the women who always stand in business—thank you for choosing me. I appreciate your endless love and unwavering support. Your encouragement has been my anchor, reminding me that I am never alone on this journey.

To my beautiful mommy, and Essence 34 thank you for paving the way with your love, guidance, and sacrifices. Witnessing first hand your hard work and dedication at such a young age is something I’ll always cherish.

Lifesize signing out❤️
