I’ve cried every night from March until last night in 2026… but last night? Yall have no idea what my life has been like..

But last night did something to me.

I danced. I got dressed up. I laughed. I vibed. I connected. And for the very first time in 2026, I felt like ME again. ❤️

The Long Table Experience did something to me. It was so much more than a dinner experience—it was fellowship, intentionality, connection, and community. Sitting at a table with people I had never met, yet somehow felt like I’d known forever, was everything my spirit needed.

The older I get, the more I realize that who you sit at the table with in this season of your life matters. The energy matters. The conversations matter. The connections matter. The community matters.

And last night, I was reminded that there is still joy to be found. There are still beautiful moments waiting for me. There is still a version of me that dances, laughs, gets dressed up, and simply enjoys being alive.

Dr. Kreative, you did THAT. 👏🏾🔥
Thank you for creating a space that felt intentional, authentic, and necessary. I walked away with more than a full stomach—I left with a full spirit.

I’m looking forward to whatever comes next.

It was good energy, meaningful connections, beautiful tables, and finally feeling like myself again.

She’s Backkkkkk….
•
I’m slowly finding my way back to me.
•
And yesterday was a GREAT DAY.
•
Hair done.
Tears slowing down .
Confidence peeking through.
•
Every day I feel a little sadness… because the truth is, grief doesn’t take days off.
•
But I have to remind myself I’m still healing as well as recovering also.
•
One second . One breath. One day at a time.
•
Stay tuned more to come on Thursday evening 💜

Okay y’all, I had to share this one! 🌿✨

I recently tried the beard oil and refreshing mist from @trioflifeoils , and I’m genuinely loving them. This is NOT a paid advertisement no check, no sponsorship, just me sharing something I actually enjoyed!

Go show Tri of Life some love, check out their page, and grab yours while supplies last!

And Tree of Life thank you for creating products worth talking about. 🙌🏾🌿
