Spent a few unforgettable days surrounded by the scale and silence of the Canadian Rockies. Between the glacier-fed turquoise water, the crisp mountain air, and staying right on the lake, Lake Louise is one of those places that completely stops you in your tracks.

What amazed me most was how much the landscape transformed depending on the hour—from the soft morning light at sunrise to the deep moody hues of late afternoon, every photo feels completely different.

Exactly one year ago, a foot injury put my running/hiking days on pause. This weekend, I finally got back on the trail. 🏔️✨

It was freezing cold up there, but pushing through a 9 km loop straight from the hotel up to the Beehive trail was worth every single step. Standing above that impossibly blue water, looking down at Lake Louise, I’ve never felt more grateful for what my body can do.
