The Knight
tempera on wood, 2025

I say goodbye to my girl, who has guarded the oak in the forest for two months.
Now I have the Knight instead. Ritual becomes the only thing that matters. I begin to live like madmen and hermits, just as I have imagined living since I was fifteen. But only now do I fully understand how they came to be where they were. No one will follow you into the deepest reaches of madness but those who have been there all along, waiting for you.

An exhibition inside a tree together with @serceptashyne.

We named this oak Astrapaeros (“air lightning”) because it was struck by lightning. And yet, it is still alive, slowly healing itself.

Inside its wound, we placed our artworks, intertwined with themes of death, life, wounds, and prayer, as part of our sacred ritual to help heal its wounds while learning to heal ourselves the way this tree does.
This exhibition is dedicated to all who carry wounds, visible and invisible.

Many thanks to everyone involved in this project for your support and interest. 💙❤️‍🔥🪾🧚

We’ve decided to continue creating exhibitions in this magical place (which is quite hard to find, by the way). taken in Holosiivskyi National Park by @triple.moon

«10 hours”, 2026

The book “10 Hours” explores a journey into memory, like a kaleidoscope of images flashing before one’s eyes during a long car ride. It is based on childhood memories of frequent road trips with my dad.
I tried to depict a state in which memories and
delusions blend, and the main action takes place on the border between sleep and death.
Couldn’t the transition into the bardo be like this—the first moments of dying, like a film reel stretched across the pupil of the eye?

A close friend of mine once said that a journey is
always a movement inward. In “10 Hours,” I charted a route through my own memory into a field where it is difficult to construct a logical chain of events.
In this field, the duration can stretch and contract, depending on how much the observer’s unconscious stretches or distorts the moment. Anything can be either erased from memory or prolonged forever, and everything important always remains in the heart. by @triple.moon
