The 1st Muscle Mami Strength🖤 This class is about bringing women together in an intimate setting to learn how to lift, build confidence, and experience what true strength training looks like. My mission is to get a barbell in the hands of as many women as possible while creating a space where we can learn, challenge ourselves, and get stronger together🖤

Thank you @celsiusofficial for providing energy to the girls ⚡️

🥊 LET’S GET TO THE BAG | EP. 1

Before you start throwing punches, learn how to control the space.

In this episode, we’re breaking down three fundamentals of heavy bag work:

📏 DISTANCE – Know your range. Don’t reach for punches or crowd your work.

👣 MOVEMENT – Use your feet to create angles, maintain balance, and stay in position to punch.

🥊 THE 1–2 – Establish your jab, follow with the cross, and focus on technique before power.

The heavy bag isn’t just about how hard you can hit. It’s about learning how to hit with purpose.

Don’t just hit the bag. Learn how to WORK the bag.

Follow along as we build the fundamentals one round at a time.

40 lbs down in 5 months and she’s worked for every bit of it!🥳👏🏾

So proud of @renae_beauty39 and everything she’s accomplished so far!

I’m so grateful that I get to do this for a living. To help women get stronger, feel more confident, and learn how to better steward the bodies God gave them is something I’ll never take for granted🥹

Work with what you have. Build what you need. 🥊⚡️

Quick boxing workout to sharpen your hands, footwork, conditioning, and discipline. You don’t need much equipment you just need to show up. by @tripledperformancecenter

My clients will always be one of the biggest reasons I love what I do. 🤍
This is so much more than workouts, numbers, or what you see in the mirror. I get to watch you become stronger, more confident, more disciplined, and show up for yourself in ways you didn’t think you could.

Thank you for trusting me, supporting me, showing up, and allowing me to be a small part of your journey. I don’t take any of it for granted and I wouldn’t be me without you🫶🏼
Here’s to everything we’ve accomplished and everything we’re still coming for, cheers to the muscle mamis✨
