Llorar lloviendo 💕 @tobyloveu
Sharing a bit of @triplel.dance magic to my Portuguese ladies.

👗 - @oluolu__ 😍

This is my first ever bachata lady style choreography creation for @vilaplus.pt 🙏🏽
I’ve always loved putting on music and just dancing, so creating a choreography was a real challenge: picking a song, selecting a section, planning the steps, and practicing. It was a super fun 2-to-3-day process. And teaching part of this choreo last month to a group of wonderful women who aren’t dancers made me so incredibly happy and proud. They got it 💪🏼

The recording was another challenge. This is the 2nd of 5 attempts allowed by my brother. He actually said, “If you’re truly well-prepared, one take is enough.” Can you believe that? 🙄 Well...

I see so much I want to learn and practice regarding my arms, hands, and overall style. I also recording in heels even when I’m dancing all the time in sneakers! 👟

Last but not least I want to share my deep appreciation and thanks to all the amazing female artists across different dance styles for inspiring me, especially my biggest inspiration @sarapanero 👑

New goal unlocked, doing bachata lady style workshops even if the style is what I want to improve the most 🫶

Usually we see that the leaders swap… 👀
This time, we decided to switch it up. 💃🏽✨

Memories from the Warsaw Social 🇵🇱🌙

Big thank you to Gabriel for welcoming us and bringing us along to this outdoor social.

This is exactly what we love about social dancing — meeting people, sharing dances, and feeling at home wherever Bachata takes us. 🤍🌍

Bachata con Café in Warsaw☕️ 🇵🇱

We really loved the vibe of this city. The mix of old and new architecture, the cute coffee shops, the unexpected corners… this city surprised us in the best possible way ♥️

Inspired by his photos 📸 @patryk_wikalinski — and wearing his t-shirts.

Finding balance🤍

🌿 We were lucky enough to discover this cute floating sauna on the Vistula River, in the heart of Warsaw @saunawarszawa24h
A beautiful escape that couldn’t have been more perfect for us. 🔥🌿

A reminder that rest isn’t a pause from the practice.
Rest is part of the practice.

Dance has always been my inner child’s happiness.
As I’ve been dancing less than I would like 🥲 and reflecting more, I’ve realized that dance become a mirror. It has shown me how I connect with people, how I communicate, the patterns I want to change, and the person I still want to become.
Taking classes, going to socials, or simply dancing by the beach hasn’t only fulfilled my childhood dream of becoming a dancer, it has also taught me lessons that go far beyond the dance floor.

Grateful for every dance, every connection, and everyone I’ve met along the way. 🤍

Kaunas Festival I had the best time

This country, the people, and the atmosphere were all so special.

Dancing with this amazing Lithuanian 🇱🇹 dancer @tiauliau at the last outdoor social, with sunshine one minute and rain the next, was such a vibe.

Big thanks to the organisers for an amazing festival and to Papacito DJ @dj_morcilla for keeping the dance floor on fire. See you again soon! ✨
