Business Mode Activated 🥰

After My Meeting, The CEO Took Some Time To Chat With Me & Expressed Her Gratitude That I Showed Up As Myself. She Had Followed The Link To My Instagram Available In My Email Signature And Was Unsure How To Tell Me To Feel Free To Show Up Dressed In A Manner That Made Me Feel Comfortable And Happy.

She Was Worried Because Their Work Setting Is Very Corporate And Some Creatives Who Had Shown Up For Meetings Previously Had Altered Their #style To Try To Match Their Corporate Work Setting.

She Said I Looked Like A Fire Cracker 🧨 And She Loved It 🥰

I Also Took A Moment To Chew Her Ear On The Importance Of Marginalise Creatives Getting Fair Pay For Their Work :)
