I was walking into church service last night and there was a man that came to visit. He parked across from us and ran to me and my sister. His first question was “do they take up offering tonight?” His second question was, “do you have change for a $20?” I watched him ask several people if they had change, but no one was able to help him. He never asked me, but in my heart I knew once I got to my car I was going to bless him! (I left my wallet) After we walked around for offering, I looked for him but he was gone. I’m not sure if he left before of after offering or if he was able to give. It left me troubled that he may have had to decide to give his last or feel bad because he couldn’t. I think it’s time that the church reevaluate. 🙏🏾💝 by @triplexmusic

I just want to encourage someone today. This is my Uncle Larrie’s story. A few years before this was filmed, I remember watching him lay on my gma’s couch holding his stomach with his back turned to everyone. He got up and went on to be the funny, bright light we all knew him to be. No one but my gma knew what he was struggling with, and she never judged him. He was a war veteran, and struggled with ptsd and depression. He didn’t let pain define him, he let God take control. He took his strength and struggles and went on to tell his story. That story took him around the world and made him a wealthy man. Not just material wealth but wisdom, strength and faith. He was and is a true inspiration and I want to share his story with you! #inspiration #manoffaith #courage #veteran #soldiers #legendsneverdie by @triplexmusic
