As the summer has come to an end a deep love for this new home in Denver Colorado has overcome me💓 So many changes this year. I am more inspired than ever and feel more supported by the universe in this new chapter. The summer ended with a heartbreak that I’m sure will take many years to process, as my dear friend, collector n mentor Magic Mike passed💔 At the same time I have made so many new friends who feel like long lost family💞🌀

Growing up in Miami, I never have experienced season changes and I am FALLING in love with Fall🍂🍁 wow 🤩

New art is coming soon. I’ve been working on the biggest most detailed artwork I’ve created to date✨ I’ve kept it a secret, and hope to finish to share with yal in November, stay tuned🪄

13 years ago tonight I met my husband best friend ride or die @lmuri_ that one fateful night when I left work looking for some trouble to get into lol. I ended up at a party where I met Luis and then later that same night tried DMT with him for the first time. Instantly I knew he was someone really important in my life.. I didn’t know how important till like 6 months later when we fell in love💘 About a year later during another dmt journey I saw our lives play out before my eyes as we grew old together. We have been so blessed to spend so much time together already and share deeper love in time which I never imagined possible. Us both being intense leader type creators with pain bodies and triggers at times can be challenging but our love lights the way. Forever grateful ❤️

Happy 101th birthday to the OG Sasha Shulgin🧪❤️ I literally was just painting in my studio thinking about how in June 2014, about 7 months into dating @lmuri_ I had a DMT experience where I witnessed our life together and saw us grow old in front of my eyes. Once we grew old I saw us 2 like this painting of Sasha and Anne Shulgin while angels adorned in Alex grey aesthetic prayed over us and witnessed us. I wasn’t too familiar with Shulgin and his absolutely badass legacy back then but I knew this painting. I’m honored to have visited the farm, attended his 100th birthday celebration, journeyed with his creations and be woven into this incredible story with some of the most beautiful souls🥹 Big thanks to the @shulginfoundation for carrying on his legacy and working to preserve this story and culture for future generations ❤️

…later on I saw “Better Living Through Chemistry” a psychonaut love story of the shulgins and found so many parallels in my own psychonaut love story❤️

In 2018 after a friend passed whom I had an ongoing dialogue about life after death with at the time, I took a fat mushroom trip where I realized I could die any day.. and that I needed to give it a full shot at being a full time artist. I began on a journey to make it happen. Hustling hard knowing where I was going, repeating mantras in my head while rolling utensils at the restaurant I worked at. Working on paintings up until my 4pm shift and radically believing I could make it a reality even when people thought I was crazy. After @olivertree passing this past weekend it hit me hard again. Tomorrow ain’t guaranteed. We’re here for a short ride. Be weird. Be you. Live now🌈❤️

This is probably my most overlooked answer I give when people ask me how I stay motivated and in the flow of creation🥷 Not everyone flows this way, but for me as someone who struggled with addiction and injury due to addiction this is how I keep myself sane, flowing and managing chronic pain. Here I’m building dynamic strength, some jumping, twisting, mobility, flexibility, bone density building🤓 keeping a constant flow of dynamic movement and variety of exercises/movement addressing different layers of the body, like fascia work, somatic movement, uni lateral strength training, core, cardio, dancing, much more - is where it’s at for me.

This year marks 11 years with @ali.kamenova and I feel better than ever ⚔️ She has thousands of classes on YouTube and on her website which is $12/month and worth every penny. There is literally a class for any occasion, sick days, busy, rest days, HIIT, the list goes on…

Feelin the Aries energy coming in hot so today was a strong day😤 Sending love and hope❤️‍🔥
