So I’ve come this far now. Got a quote for the job. £8k! Eff that!

Took out a ton of bamboo roots and rubble. Think I’m mostly winning in that area but this evening I decided that I have to also break up the old concrete as some of the bamboo is under that too and breaking through or at least it was.

I think it’s mostly dead but I’m taking no chances. Bamboo is a real pain in the ass if people don’t plant it properly. Jheeez.

Anyway Ive got plans and a s*** ton of work to do. I was meant to be extending my workshop but that’s on hold for now. Stay tuned if you’re interested …. ✌🏾

Wow! Came across these old pics on FB big up Colin Dan Da Da!

I think the year was 94’. Big up to the Stamford Hell family who made me welcome and provided an amazing positive and safe creative environment during a formative stage of my life you could say.

Big up Junior for the space. Haj, Dreville, Bligeddy, P, Peter, Jotay, Jacqui B, Ricketts (miss you bro RIP), Gooding, Ed, Clive (Biltz) and everybody who was part of this amazing family.

Nice relaxing Sunday morning… NOT!

Removed the decking frame and shifted a bunch of rubble just to clear the site a little. I think though we’re going to consult someone with more knowledge to make sure this bloody bamboo is removed properly. I think a mini digger will be brought in if possible.

The worst part is we didnt do shit but have been blessed with a massive issue. Only thing that’s keeping me positive is the renovation that we might as well do seeing as we had to destroy this garden.

Who needs enemies….

Unfortunately for us some unwelcome neighbourly intruders (bamboo) took hold in the garden and need to be dealt with!

A job I really didn’t want and I am really unhappy about to be honest but I/we need to turn this into a positive.

So a remodel is necessary…. Lots of work to do. (And money to spend ffs). I’m staying positive.

Stay tuned.
