Yesterday, I walked from Ayi Mensah to Peduase, then travelled to Oboadaka Waterfalls with the 2nd slide🤭🫶
Travelling teaches me a lot about life and yesterday's theme was: Life is a series of differences. Stay with me.

For the walk, I started walking slowly, then jogged when I saw someone jogging and ended with what works best for me fast walking alone💯 when I got to Peduase one compliment I got was "I saw her and she was consistent with her pace"

NB: I didn't see anyone else in a Crocs🤭 you should see me go🔥

One thing about travelling for me, it's not really and entirely about the destination but the road to the destination. That space(road to the destination) allows me to think and gather knowledge beyond books, the right word is MEDITATE...

And next time you travel, open your eyes and soak in.

If I met me after work today, I'd hold my hands, walk quietly to the highest mountain top give me a very warm hug, lie down on my back and star/sky gaze then I'll tell myself, God is still verrry good.

I'd hold my hands and be in the position till I fully understand the weight of the goodness of God.

PS: I've read more than 12 books with the club and still counting. @anyeleyy revived the skill and @_.theliterarylounge has kept the flame burningggg! Who thought books could make you happy? Well, they did plus the sisterdom of the club and our photographer too❤️🔥

...went to the cinema for the first time after I had visited there several times in my mind😂😂
July was interesting and shouts to Freda, Kuks, Lexie and Maraaa😂 looking back now it's funny but y'all are one of my best part of 2025😍🫰 We had fun.😂😂 Freda I'm sorry but it's funny now😂

Anyways after I visited the Sky bar, I'm convinced nowhere in Accra can be compared to my fav spot on the mountain top with city lights.. Naa

July 2025 was a good wrap🫶

Oh and sorry I went to see the lions at the Accra Zoo as well. Mufasa has nothing on me now!😂😂

...and the best of all was that there are soo many Ghanaian authors and I didn't know and I was shocked and awed and I really want to explore their books because whatttt🎉🥹

My Uncle Sammy got married in May and turned out to be the only wedding I attended this year, x10 next year. Amennn!!!🎉💯

PS: to lose weight cos you're unwell and to lose weight cos you are training is totally different. I realized that this year. I lost weight cos of the former and I've taken my way of eating seriously thereafter 😂💯

Above all else, still be grateful because God is still Good!❤️

Trip to Cape Coast and it was oh lala😂🥹
After a long ride, we got to Assin Manso,
Ate at Mabel's Table( the best beach view from where I'm standing)
Went to Cape Coast Castle cos black history cannot be forgotten
Stayed over at a hotel
Went to Kakum National Park
Ate at Hans Cottage, amazing environment
Travelled back and ended up at the Nyaho hospital cos of an emergency with a student

This was the first and last I wore my yellow shoe, it got missing after I got back😂😂🤭

I didn't go home that day, stayed back on campus and oh wow, I was stretched that day🥹😂

Oh the police stopped my ride cos, he didn't have his seat belt on, that was the last straw for me😂😂

Now thinking about it all over, wow is all I can say
