I’ve got a story to tell. One day, I’ll tell more of it.

But for now, just know that God has truly kept me. 🥹❤️

Through seasons that stretched me, broke me, changed me, and required me to keep going when I didn’t always know how.

And now I’m learning that I don’t have to live in survival mode forever.

I can laugh again. Explore again. Dream again. Find the whimsy again. ✨

There’s still so much I’m believing God for, but I’m also learning to enjoy the life He’s already given me.

Matthew 5:14 has always been my favorite verse (so much that I have it tattooed 😂).

But “being the light” has become so much more than a favorite scripture. It’s how I choose to show up in the world, for the people around me, and even here on your timeline.

So yeah… just on a mission to spread a little extra light in these streets.💛

In honor of National Coffee Day, it’s only right that I FINALLY share my first trip to @dutchbroscoffee. ☕️✨

First of all, the service?! Impeccable. Everyone was SO nice, and even better, the coffee was definitely a 10/10. 😮‍💨

Safe to say I’ll be back. 💙😂

I hardly jump on trends, but these have been so funny to me that I could NOT pass it up. 😂 And what’s actually crazy is that I really had no idea who was in the room when I was born, so this definitely opened up a new topic of discussion and deffff something I’ll be unpacking with my therapist ha. 🙃

If there’s one thing I hope you take away from me sharing pieces of my life and my walk with God, it’s this: I pray my faith stirs up yours. 🫶🏽

I’ve walked through seasons I never could’ve imagined, and through every turn, every prayer, every “God, I don’t know what You’re doing, but I trust You” moment, He has continued to be faithful.

I don’t share my faith because I have all the answers. I share it because I know what God has carried me through. And if sharing even a little bit of my life’s journey encourages you to trust Him a little deeper, keep believing, or hold onto your faith in a hard season… then I’ll keep sharing. 🥹✨

May my faith stir up yours. 💛

We went to our first @disneyonice experience, and let me just tell you… we had SO much fun! ✨⛸️

Mickey said come red carpet ready, so you know I had to put on my sequins and shine for a night out with my handsome boys. 🩵✨

The performances were amazing, the kids were locked in, and even the parents were singing along. It felt like one big Disney party! 🥳

If you’re looking for a fun family night, Disney On Ice: Spotlight Magic is at Gas South Arena through September 27! 🎟️

Storytime 🫣

I remember meeting a social media friend IRL for the first time and they were genuinely surprised that I was the same person in real life that I am on social media.

At first, I was a little taken aback by the comment…but then I remembered… I’ve been in this creator space long enough to know that everyone and everything online isn’t always what it seems in real life. 😮‍💨

And apparently, I also give “she might be stuck up” before people actually meet me and get to know me. 🥲

Anywhoooo, one thing about me? I simply do not have the energy to switch personalities when I log on and off the internet. 😂 What you see is pretty much what you get.

Now, if you ever meet me and I don’t seem like “myself,” just remember I’m human too. I’m living real life behind the posts. Things get heavy. Life be LIFE-ING. Some days I’m on 10 and some days I’m chill and quiet basking in the moment.

But I’m still me. Still Tristia.

Silly. Warm. Bubbly. A little serious when I need to be. Probably going to make a joke. Probably going to encourage you. And always trying to leave people with a little more light than I found them. 🫶🏽✨

We were blessed with some last-minute tickets to see the @braves play last night, and y’all know I couldn’t let the extra tickets go to waste! 😆⚾️

So, of course, I wanted to pay it forward and find two people to bless with the extra tickets and come enjoy the game with us.

It took us a little minute to find someone willing to say yes 😂 but we did, and we ended up meeting the SWEETEST couple. And get this…it was their first Braves game!! 🥹❤️

My heart is still smiling.

Just another reminder that it’s cool to be kind. To pay it forward. To spread a little light whenever you get the chance. ✨ You truly never know when something small to you might completely make someone else’s day.

And cheers to really bringing back the whimsy and spontaneity around here because whew…I needed this. 🥹🫶🏽

Raising a child with Dravet has reshaped so much of how I see motherhood. 🥹

It’s taught me to slow down, release some of the expectations I once carried, trust what I can’t always control, and find meaning in the moments right in front of us.

Patience looks different for me now. So does gratitude. So does a “good day.”

And through it all, my faith has stretched right alongside me. 🤍
