We recreated the Barbie movie in 3 days 🩷 lots of pink, sparkles, bows, ribbons, and margaritas were enjoyed. I had the best time celebrating my longest friendship and bestest friend ever on her dream bachelorette party! Can’t believe we got here as the two little girls from 3rd grade that only had each other, and now you have an incredible fiancé and the BEST group of women surrounding you. I took my 85 year old grandpa to go get his first tattoo!!

Story time:
While I was just back home in Vegas for a few days, Phillip and I went out to dinner with my grandpa. During dinner, my grandpa was admiring Phillip’s tattoos and said that after years in the Navy and never getting a tattoo, he finally wanted one and had his mind made up on exactly what he wanted. Naturally the next day, Phillip and I took him to a tattoo shop and held his hand while he got his first ever tattoo and handled it like an absolute pro!

The tattoo says:
“Annie
SBG”
Annie is the name of my grandmother who has been rapidly declining with dementia for the last 5 years. SBG stands for “sweet baby girl” which is his nickname for her. Even though she is in a home now and doesn’t really remember him or their 53 year marriage much anymore, he shows up every single day to see her. The nurses say that he is the only spouse that is there every day without ever missing one. Not only does he show up physically for her, but he wakes up every morning at 5am to go to the gym, his reason being that he wants to stay healthy and capable so that he can care for her until her last days.

I’ve always admired my grandparents love, even when they both had their health. I admire it even more now in the trying times. Thanks for reading a little about their story, I’m lucky to have such an amazing man as my grandpa.

Caving in Vietnam had to of been one of the coolest adventures on this trip. We explored 3 different cave systems surrounded by thousands of stalactites that were stories tall!! Did you know that it takes 100 years for a stalactite to form 1 centimeter, and these things were as tall as buildings!!! Trying to wrap my head around that is crazy. Then we got to physically swim through a cave into a jungle opening next to a waterfall and beach where we had one of the most amazing meals that we had our entire trip. At night, we got to bicycle through a village and have dinner with a local family in one of the most insane sceneries I’ve ever witnessed. 10 photos for a 10/10 experience (narrowing down photos of this was hard 😅) taken in Phong Nha Kẻ Bàng by @trissysanders

The indoor / outdoor shows might lead to a 20hr work day, but at least it’s a 20hr day with some of the best people I’ve worked with in the industry! 3…2….1…. Happy New Year!!! It’s crazy when the party that you’ve been planning since September is actually done. Hundreds of hours, loss of sleep, endless stress, and finally, in one night, it happens, and then it’s over.

Words can’t describe how proud I am of this one and the work from everybody part of the team that made it happen. The way that we were able to completely transform the space and turn it into a full Moulin Rouge party was unbelievable. From the actors and dancers from @fspnola making the characters come to life, to my now favorite band @highstepsociety creating that funky electro swing vibe that kept everyone dancing, to @vixivale causing heads to turn and mouths to drop by her sexy burlesque performances, to @sunnfors having the most amazing NYE count down, and of course, every single staff member and manager at Chasing Rabbits that worked their ass off to make everybody’s night one to remember. Even after all the stress of putting it together, this party was one of the best parties I’ve ever been to and it felt even better knowing I was on the team that made it happen.
