A Scottish evening on the water aboard the Maid of the Forth ⛴️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🦭🥂 /invite @maidoftheforth

We sailed across the Firth of Forth for three hours of incredible scenery, Scottish history, live folk music from Pure Malt, a delicious BBQ steak supper and even a surprise seal sighting 🦭

From Inchcolm Island and its 12th-century abbey to the wartime defences and iconic bridges, this was such a memorable way to experience Scotland.

I still can’t believe I got to experience the world’s fastest zip line. 😱🤯

Flying at over 100mph across Penrhyn Quarry was equal parts terrifying and incredible-and definitely something
I’ll never forget.

If you think you know what to expect from Lady Boys of Bangkok… think again! @ladyboysofbangkok

I was invited along during the Edinburgh Fringe, and honestly, this show has had a major revamp.

It’s bigger, bolder, and feels more theatrical than ever — with incredible costumes, huge production numbers, comedy, music, dance, and performances that completely take over the stage.

From the second the show starts, the energy is absolutely relentless. There’s glamour, there’s camp, there’s plenty of audience interaction… and yes, there are definitely moments where you’re sitting there thinking, did that just happen?

What really surprised me was how polished the whole production feels. It’s not just a cabaret show — it’s a full-on theatrical experience designed to entertain from beginning to end.

Whether you’re looking for something hilarious, outrageous, glamorous, or just completely different during the Fringe…

Lady Boys of Bangkok is definitely one to put on your list.

And trust me… you’re going to want to see this one for yourself!

IKIGAI RAMEN 🍜✨ Edinburgh, you’ve done it again!

I’ve been asked SO many times to try Ikigai Ramen, so when the invite came through, I already had high expectations… and honestly, they did not disappoint. 🤤

I started with the Keiyoushi — a boozy lemonade made with Roku gin, limoncello, agave & soda. 🍋🍸 Such a refreshing little cocktail to kick things off.

Then came the food… and WOW.

🥢 Kimchi — only £4! Surprisingly spicy, but absolutely STUNNING.

🍗 Karaage Chicken — £8.90 Crispy chicken thigh marinated in ginger & garlic, with soy, sesame & truffle-infused mayo. Honestly, SO good.

🍜 Tantan Chicken Ramen — £14.90 Rich, spicy sesame chicken broth, teriyaki chicken, soft-boiled egg & vegetables. This was the one. I was obsessed.

But it wasn’t just the food — the service, atmosphere and staff were completely on point, and you could genuinely feel the love that’s gone into this place.

So yes… I can officially see why you’ve all been telling me to come here. 😂

🎭 MYSTERY DAY AT THE EDINBURGH FRINGE 🎭 @assemblyfest /invite

Imagine being handed an envelope… with absolutely NO idea what’s inside 👀

For Assembly Festival’s Mystery Day, we were given mystery tickets to some of the Fringe’s weirdest, wildest and most wonderful experiences — plus food & drink vouchers along the way! 🍹🍔

We kicked things off at St Andrew Square with our first mystery show… a HAUNTED HOUSE 👻 and let’s just say… it was definitely different! 😂

Then it was back to George Square for food, drinks and a wander through all the incredible food & drink vendors before heading into mystery show number TWO…

✨ THE 27 CLUB ✨

And WOW. This one was AMAZING. 🔥

From the unexpected to the completely chaotic, this was exactly what the Edinburgh Fringe is all about — trying something you’d probably never have booked yourself and having the best time doing it!

And honestly… that mystery envelope was VERY dangerous in the best possible way. 😂🎭
