This Tritão Bosch e-bike project was crazy. We literally 3D printed 60% of the frames in order to properly mount the motor and a huge battery. Something we’d never done before. Some of the parts choices here may seem weird but the bikes ended up being 4-5 kgs lighter than current production ones. With 100Nm and 850 watts and light weight and a US speed limit (they sold outside EU), they ride like beasts. Recently we went even further and printed 90% of a frame. We cannot share the media here yet because it’s an NDA but we went crazy 😁 maybe we can only share in 2027. Stay tuned! 😎 taken in Troviscal, Aveiro, Portugal by @tritonbikes

Two Tritão bikes built for our local customers from Lisbon, Portugal. One is the Aveiro with 55mm tires and the second bicycle is a very tiny sized 700C custom Bustos model with Mahle X20 electric assist and built in lighting system. Made this custom bike bag to give a very good boy a cozy spot on the ride.

I love when a bag becomes something more than just a piece of gear - sometimes it’s a place for your dog, sometimes it’s a way to carry something oddly specific, sometimes it’s just an idea you’ve had in your head for ages.

Two premium level yet clean and discreet Tritão electric bikes for him & her? Yes! We built these two ebikes for our customer’s summer villa in Saint-Tropez, France. They were designed to take the owners and their kids (in a Thule trailer) to the beach and the nearest hills. Thanks to @mahle_smartbikesystems new X20 system with 65Nm and 265W electric assist, these bikes are super easy to ride and carry kiddos in the trailer. Both bikes are ~12.4 kgs and built using @reynoldstechnology Ti tubes. With @chriskingbuzz headset and clamp, @envecomposites fork and stem, and SRAM Force 13-speed group. Tritão Espigão, fully titanium version. 30.9mm dia / 25mm offset. Works both with 7x7 and 7x9 rails. 3D printed head and hardware. Titanium screws and barrels. This is the first seatpost in this design, made for our customer from Cyprus. We will be making more of these. Weight: 230 grams. Price: EUR 290 before VAT. We will also be making 27.2mm and 31.6mm and 0mm offset versions if there’s demand. Tritão Aveiro Custom — made for our German customer who wanted to combine our long and low Aveiro bike with a lot of tire clearance and @pinion.eu C1.12i Smart.Shift gearbox with some @gates.bicycle Carbon Belt Drive. The battery is placed in the downtube, the charging port is in the Pinion bridge. Nice and clean. Nothing sticking out. The bike is shown with skinny tires but will take up to 57 or even 60mm. A customer from Greece ordered this custom Tritão Aveiro in size 52.

When we first saw the parts and colour list, we thought: erm… is this going to be a little too bling?

Glossy brushed titanium, matte and glossy gold, bronze details, big tires, Tritão aero rims, plus a full set of @chriskingbuzz 50th Anniversary Matte Gold parts.

We discussed a few changes with the customer and balanced everything out. Et voilà.

Is it bling? Oh yes.
Is it too much? We don’t think so. It actually looks fantastic.

This frame uses our optional chainstay yoke, allowing up to a 52T chainring instead of 46T with the standard version. Tyre clearance is slightly reduced from 60 to 56 mm, but the Continental Dubnital 29 × 2.2″ tyres still fit with plenty of mud clearance.

A few more details:
@garbaruk_components crankset with a huge 50T oval Melon Aero chainring.
SRAM RED XPLR with Garbaruk 13-speed 10–52T cassette, cage and pulleys.
Gold KMC Flattop pre-waxed chain.
Deda Curvy fork painted gloss silver outside and matte gold inside.
@envecomposites cockpit.
Tritão Espigão full-titanium seatpost with a brushed shaft, matte head and gold-anodised titanium bolts.

Another proper head-turner - soon to be riding in Greece.
