It’s about time i start using my journey and story to motivate others to take that first step toward becoming physically fit. I’ve been where you might be—feeling stuck, unsure, or overwhelmed by the idea of starting. I’ve also been the individual in the gym with no direction and minimal discipline.

My story:
In 2017 I weighed 285 lbs, this was the heaviest i had ever been. On top of hating the way I looked, I began to experience health issues. So i made a decision to start going to the gym, in the beginning i struggled because i didn’t even know how to exercise. I watched YouTube videos and paid attention to what others were doing.

Don’t be afraid to ask questions!! Remember, it’s not about perfection—it’s about consistency. Celebrate the little wins, trust the process, and most importantly, be kind to yourself along the way.
