Meet our Client of the Month Sunghee! ✨ She brings such lovely energy to Triumph, works so hard, and her progress shows! Her strength, dedication, and the changes she’s made in her body are a beautiful reflection of the effort she puts in. She inspires us with her commitment and makes our studio brighter just by being herself. We’re so proud to celebrate her! A Little About Me I’m Sunghee, a mother of three wonderful children and a graphic designer with my own business. I’m a very visual person, so I naturally love art and all things creative. Outside of the studio, I love hiking and snowshoeing, and I’m always grateful for the beauty of Vermont’s nature. I also enjoy a wide range of music, theater, and live performances. What Keeps Me Coming Back I’ve been part of Triumph for two years, and it has become such an important part of my life. What I love most about Triumph is the variety of classes and levels, which offer something for everyone, along with its supportive and welcoming atmosphere. I leave each class feeling stronger, more balanced, and more centered, both physically and mentally. I feel so lucky to have found Triumph, and I hope this wonderful community continues to thrive for many years to come. ❤️ by @triumph_studio_vt

ESPECIALLY our students who are already members) A place to feel stronger, meet people, and take a breath between everything on your calendar. Come with a friend or walk in on your own—we’ll be happy to see you. Every body. Every starting point. There’s room for you here. ✨Membership available NOW on Vagaro.com 📍 Triumph Studio • Rutland, VT @triumphstudiovt by @triumph_studio_vt
