Well that’s all folks!

To Binghamton, these last four years have had so many ups and downs academically, emotionally, and socially but the lessons that I learned were invaluable. I graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with an Africana Studies minor, and am the FIRST person in my family in 2 generations to earn their degree. I’ve learned a lot about myself and if you told me 4 years ago I’d be here I’d probably not believe you. Thank you for the memories and next a special thank you to all the organizations that have helped shape who I am.

To BSU thank you for all the laughs, all the memories, and giving me the power to stand up and take up space as a Black Woman on campus. I can’t put into words how much I will miss walking into the lounge and seeing you all each day and I promise I’ll be back for the reunions😉. To 55th continue to be great and remember that we are BIG BSU not the little one✊🏽🤎

To the Feminist Collective (@bufeministcollective ), you were the first organization I ever joined and sparked my passion for feminism and taught me that feminism truly is for everyone. I will miss you all dearly and will continue to support you as your alumna💜

To TRIO I remember deciding to do the S4P program on a whim and am glad I did because of how it shaped who I am and my entry into college. As a first gen it’s hard to adjust when it seems like everyone knows something you don’t but all the staff and student were there every step of the way. Thank you for the memories and reminding everyone that TRiO WORKS!!❤️ by @troii_ii
