In october we premiere a new piece ‘Coven’ at @henieonstad as part of @baerumjazzfestival .

‘Coven’ is a sonic and spacial exploration, that builds on singing on both in- and exhalation. Through the voice, breath and drones, the piece explores how music can serve as a site for community and connection, seeking to breath out grief and find strength in togetherness.

The piece is composed by our artistic director Natali Abrahamsen Garner. The room and visual work is by Karoline Bakken Lund. Lightdesign by Martin Myrvoll.

Premiere: Saturday 31st of October, 2026. Link in bio

The cutting-edge ensemble of improvising vocalists @trondheimvoices, continually challenges and redefines how a vocal ensemble can produce sound art.

Since 2001, they have made a strong mark on improvised vocal music, expanding the traditional concert format and exploring new listening experiences through the interaction between singers, audience, surroundings and technology.

This Friday, 7 August at @hamsundagene, they will close the festival with two performances, including ‘Stromsänger,’ a piece composed by renowned German sound artist Christina Kubisch.

We’re honored to receive the Best Music Award at Arbolito International Film Festival for our work on Sobre Las Olas! 🙏🤩🥳

Directed by Mexican filmmaker Horacio Alcalá, the film will soon be shown in cinemas in Mexico and Argentina. Unfortunately, we in Europe will have to wait a bit longer to see it.

In the meantime, the soundtrack has been released and is available on all major streaming platforms. 🎶

The music was recorded live in Trondheim in November 2023, and Horacio made the final cut of the film after the music was completed.

Thank you to everyone involved in this beautiful project! ❤️🎬🎶 by @trondheimvoices
