MONDAY RUN DAY 😜

They are TIGHT right now... 😏

The reality is not always as pretty as ppl may think 💪

I MAKE them do hard things. A lot of times they are not ready or into it. They do indeed understand the why tho. I make sure I explain it constantly. (I’m sure they’re tired of hearing it)

Understanding why doesn’t translate to them liking it in the moment. I can relate. 😂

By the end @rayotheninja was whining so we ran another lap which really made him upset. Which made it 1.25 miles. New milestone achieved ✅

@storytimewithenzo was fine at the end of the extra lap, so I made Rayo go upstairs and Enzo ran 3 more laps to make it 2 miles for him. That really upset him to say the least. But it was a milestone and he was proud of himself in the end. ✅💪
