It’s been a while… … life changed. 🤍 I had a baby. And somewhere between becoming a mum, adjusting to a completely new version of life, dealing with anxiety and trying to figure out who I was outside of motherhood, I lost my creativity. For someone who has always been creative, that was probably one of the hardest parts. I would look at things I used to love creating and feel… nothing. No ideas. No excitement. No inspiration. And the more I tried to force it, the further away it seemed to get. So I stopped. I stopped putting pressure on myself to create. I stopped worrying about what everyone else was doing. I stopped feeling like I needed to rush back just because taking time away might mean being “forgotten”. Instead, I gave myself the time to learn how to be a mum, work through my anxiety and slowly find myself again. And somewhere along the way, the ideas started coming back. 💡 The excitement came back. 😆 I came back.🏆 I’m not returning as exactly the same designer I was before , and I actually think that’s a good thing. I’ve grown. My life has changed. My perspective has changed. And I’m finally excited to create again. So after more than a year away… I’m ready to work again. 🎀 Ready to design. Ready to create. Ready to build beautiful brands. And ready to see where this next chapter takes me. Motherhood didn’t end the creative part of me.
