It’s not just activewear. It’s ONER.

For me, movement has never been just about the workout. It’s about challenging myself, finding new ways to move, and making movement a part of my everyday life.

I’m still rebuilding. Still getting stronger. Still learning to appreciate my body for what it can do.

I’m learning that progress isn’t always linear.

It’s in the strength you build.
The confidence you gain.
The way you show up for yourself.

This is what ONER looks like to me. 🗽

I came to Medellín for its beauty, but left with an even deeper appreciation for its resilience. History isn’t always comfortable, but it’s always worth learning. 🇨🇴 taken in Casa museo De pablo Escobar, Medellin by @tropic.lar

When life becomes overwhelming, I rewatch The Vampire Diaries. So staying somewhere that felt like Mystic Falls was exactly what my soul needed. 🖤✨
