sooo I finally graduated !!!! 🥺💐💕 those of you who know me personally would know about my crazy journey.. crazy in the fact that it took me 8 years to complete my degree. 8 years of doubt, anxiety and dread but also a time in which I learned everything I needed to learn about myself. I learned that hard work pays off and that doubt can easily be counteracted with a plan and action. I learned that good things in life come with sacrifices and that the most important part of every journey is to believe in yourself. I learned to listen to myself and follow the path that felt right.. and as my journey unfolded, things fell into place themselves, despite the fact that at certain points along the way - I thought I would never make it to the end. Nobody will tell you about the countless nights and days you will spend writing assignments and doing readings. Nobody will tell you about the pressure you feel during exam season or how disheartening it can be when you don’t see the grades you wanted to see. For me, my journey was at times a battle, because I was always torn between my degree and what I do on here (my content creator journey). It was hard to combine the two sometimes, but I wouldn’t change anything in my journey and in fact I would do it the exact same away all over again. I want everyone reading this to always stay believing in themselves and to realise that big achievements start off as small stepping stones. No achievement is too small or too big, all achievements are important and will pay off.
My graduation day was more magical than I imagined it to be. Thank you to all of my family and friends for supporting me on this journey , thank you for all of the encouragement and advice you gave me. Thank you to my parents for never giving up on me, despite how difficult it got for them & for me. Thank you to anyone reading this, especially to those of you who kept up with me all these years on this app, you guys gave me a chance to do my dream job while I was achieving my other dream. This all feels surreal and I don’t know what life has in store for me next but whatever it is - I’m so so happy and excited for it ❤️👩🏽‍🎓 taken in Trinity College by @tropicalnikki

self-care goes beyond your beauty appointments 🤍

and as a generation, we’re investing in everything except the shoes we spend 90% of our day in 👟

so here’s a little reminder to think long-term, inspired by my visit to Skechers in Dundrum to preview their winter collection ⭐️

thank you to @shuzgroup for always plugging me 🔌 (gifted/invite)
