I'm Eric Torres, but today I was Takatō Eishin
Transported back to the Edo period and transformed into a samurai. Honor, discipline, and centuries of tradition, brought to life. 🏯
My deepest thanks to the Samurai Ninja Museum Asakusa Tokyo for such a respectful and unforgettable experience. The team's knowledge and care for samurai history left me with real admiration. 🙏
If you're visiting Tokyo, add this to your list. Take the tour at the Samurai Ninja Museum and step into a world of swordsmanship, history, and craft you'll carry with you long after you leave. 🎌

A Special thanks to my brother @ictr for the photoshoot 🙏🏼😃

Traveling is therapy.

SEND THIS TO A FRIEND WHO NEEDS THIS KIND OF THERAPY🌏

Benefits of traveling:

✅️Fresh perspective: Seeing new places and cultures challenges assumptions and broadens your outlook.

✅️Less stress: Stepping away from routine helps you rest and recharge.

✅️Personal growth: Handling unfamiliar situations builds confidence, resilience, and problem-solving skills.

✅️Creativity: New sights, foods, and ideas spark inspiration.

✅️Stronger relationships: Shared experiences bring people closer and create lasting memories. by @tropiclifepr

Six islands. One unforgettable day. 🌺
Step into the Polynesian Cultural Center in Laie, Oahu, where you can travel through Hawai'i, Samoa, Aotearoa (New Zealand), Fiji, Tahiti, and Tonga without ever leaving the North Shore.

Hands-on experiences include:

🥥 Husking coconuts and weaving palm crafts
🔥 Learning fire-making and Tongan drumming
🛶 Riding a canoe through the lagoon
🌋 Watching the Samoan coconut-tree climbing demo
🍽️ Feasting at a traditional luau
🎶 Ending the night with "Ha: Breath of Life," a show with live music and dance

Run by locals, many of whom are from the cultures they share, it's one of the best ways to understand Polynesian heritage through stories, food, music, and dance.
